Cancellation Policy
Please note, that once you have booked a service, it means that we have reserved that time exclusively for you. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for all services. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior, you will be subject to 100% of the total amount of service. Refunds are not permitted. Complementary services are not offered as a result in change of mind with the service provided. However, if you find that youâre not completely satisfied, it will be happily adjusted. Thank you!
